1 Definitions

"Platform" means the fbbaje website accessible at fbbaje.pro and any associated mobile or web applications. "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual player on the Platform. "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform. "fbbaje" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the Platform. "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, promotional, and support services offered through the Platform. "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

fbbaje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by fbbaje may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. If you already have a registered account, you must not create a second account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, payment method, or device may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed at fbbaje's discretion, with balances subject to review.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. fbbaje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fbbaje support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

fbbaje may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, unusual geographic access patterns, or anomalous betting behaviour. Such suspensions are applied as a protective measure and will be communicated to the account holder via their registered contact details.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

fbbaje supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fbbaje account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods under normal network conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the fbbaje payments team. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets for amounts under ৳20,000 are typically processed automatically. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional identity verification.
• fbbaje does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges; fbbaje is not responsible for third-party fees.

In the event of a deposit error, a chargeback request, or a disputed transaction, fbbaje reserves the right to freeze the relevant account balance pending investigation. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent transactions or payment reversals will be recovered in full, and the relevant account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fbbaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players with a verified account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific welcome bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus using multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on fbbaje — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, crash games, and card games — are subject to their individual game rules as presented within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generation (RNG) engines that have been independently tested for fairness.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical actions (cards dealt, roulette wheel spun) conducted by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. The results are final once the round is complete.
• Sports betting odds are set by fbbaje at its discretion and may change up until the event commences. In-play odds are subject to continuous adjustment based on match conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. fbbaje will not be liable for losses resulting from software errors beyond the return of the original stake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbbaje Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without recourse:

• Registering while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using stolen payment methods or funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other players in card games or other competitive game formats.
• Engaging in match-fixing or benefiting from insider information in sports betting markets.
• Using prohibited third-party software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or pricing discrepancies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fbbaje staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

fbbaje is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform enforces a minimum age of 21 and provides all registered players with access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set alerts or automatic session cutoffs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fbbaje Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data, is the intellectual property of fbbaje or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from fbbaje. Unauthorised use of fbbaje's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbbaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if fbbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fbbaje's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbbaje does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary service unavailability. fbbaje will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account that is not subject to pending investigation or active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

fbbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed by fbbaje due to a breach of these Terms, fbbaje may withhold account balances subject to investigation, and such funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

14 Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material, fbbaje will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page at fbbaje.pro/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
